Adcrafts 10 Quart Commercial Planetary Mixer is a 10 quart mixer that features heavy duty stainless steel construction and a powerful motor that can easily handle any mixing task in a commercial food service operation. The mixer includes a 10 quart stainless steel mixing bowl with bowl clamps that hold the mixing bowl securely in place during operation, stainless steel wire bowl guard, wire whisk, dough hook, and flat beater attachments. Three fixed speeds and a direct drive 100 percent gear driven transmission allow the mixers to maintain a consistent mixing speed no matter the amount of product in the mixing bowl. Rubber feet for added stability. 3/4 HP, 120v/60/1-ph, 600 watts, 5.0 amps. NEMA 5-15P, 5 ft. cord. No Hub; the hub is available on PM20 and PM30 models. cETLus, ETL-Sanitation listed.
