The E-Z Flush battery powered sensor uses infrared technology to detect motion, which triggers the diaphragm for hands-free flushing. It is powered by 4 C batteries, and has 3+ years of battery life. The diaphragm includes a triple filter that is resistant to clogs, and subsequent potential leaking. In addition, the no-leak seal technology helps cut down on service calls as well as maintenance costs. All gaskets are chemical resistant and will not break down due to the use of harsh cleaning agents. The ADA-compliant handle includes a high back pressure vacuum breaker, and the control stop has internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow. A one-piece hex coupling nut and spud coupling make for easy servicing, while an adjustable tailpiece makes installation easier. A vandal resistant stop cap will prevent any unwanted tampering.
